This is my website. I am Mali Lev, restaurant consultant and hospitality mentor. This page explains what information is stored when you use the site, why, and how to ask me to delete it.
What I collect and why
Contact form: name, phone, email and message. I also store your IP address and browser details, to prevent spam. I use the details to reply to you, not to send you marketing mail. When a message arrives, an email notification is sent to me.
The site has no sign-up and keeps no user accounts.
Who else receives information
- Google Analytics 4: browsing statistics (pages viewed, device type, traffic source). It may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
- The site server: sends the email notification and stores the message in a database.
- The site has no advertising pixels and no other behavior-tracking tools.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept until you ask me to delete them. I have not set a fixed retention period.

To ask for a copy of what I hold about you, or for deletion, write to mali.lev.02@gmail.com from the address you used.
